What do I do if I have purchased an existing Zattoo subscription via "in App"?

If you have purchased your Zattoo subscription via an App Store (Apple or Google Play), a transfer during the subscription period is unfortunately not possible.

You can get the service via Init7 with the same email, only after cancellation and termination of the In App purchase.
